Job Description
League School for Autism is an award-winning, year-round program dedicated to the education of children on the autism spectrum. Our team approach to education creates a collaborative, supportive and open environment within our community. We are currently seeking a MIDDLE SCHOOL HEAD TEACHER, MODERATE SPECIAL NEEDS for our program in Walpole. Annual salary starts at $60,850 plus a $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS to be paid within 6 months ; additional $2,500 for Special Education license, $5,000/year for Master’s degree. League School will help obtain required licensure for qualified candidates.
The program educates students with autism and related social communication challenges. The curriculum is based on the MA Curriculum Frameworks/Common Core Standards and modified to meet student needs. All classrooms are designed around student age, grade level and social communication needs, and are no larger than 8 students per classroom.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Edge.
