Head of Tax About the Company Prestigious private credit fund Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Tax to provide strategic leadership and expertise in all aspects of the global tax function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global tax strategies that align with the firm's objectives, leading tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the company's global operations. This role requires a deep understanding of US and international tax laws, particularly as they relate to investments across various asset classes. The Head of Tax will also be instrumental in global tax structuring, deal execution, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to optimize tax efficiencies and drive financial success for the firm and its investors. Applicants for the Head of Tax position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree in taxation or CPA being highly preferred. A proven track record of at least 10 years' in tax leadership roles within a global organization, particularly in private equity or financial services, is required. The role demands an individual with a strong strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex tax issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international tax planning, compliance, and reporting, and be adept at providing practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
